1. About This Practice

Metabolic Maya is the private practice of Maya Kremer, a Certified Natural Health Consultant specializing in women's metabolic health (יועצת ומנחה לבריאות טבעית מבוססת מדע, תזונה). Maya is not a licensed clinical dietitian and does not provide clinical dietetic services. By booking a session or purchasing a package, you agree to the terms below.

2. What This Service Is (and Isn't)

Metabolic Maya provides nutrition education, lifestyle coaching, and personalized guidance around metabolic and other health topics including PCOS, insulin resistance, and prediabetes. This service is educational and supportive in nature. It is not medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical dietetic care, and it does not replace the relationship you have with your doctor or any other licensed healthcare provider.

If you are currently taking medication, managing a diagnosed condition, or under the care of a physician, please continue that care alongside this work and consult your doctor before making changes based on anything discussed in our sessions. Results vary from person to person, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

3. Not for Medical Emergencies

This service is not equipped to handle medical emergencies or urgent symptoms. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your doctor or emergency services immediately, not this practice.

4. Age Requirement

Services on this site are available to individuals aged 18 and older.

5. Booking and Payment

Sessions and packages are booked and paid for in advance through this website. Package validity, number of sessions, and pricing are as described on the service page at the time of purchase. If a package includes a defined number of sessions, those sessions should be used within [X months] of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

No refunds are given for services already rendered. Once a session has taken place, it is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
Cancellations made on the same day as a scheduled session are not eligible for a refund or a free reschedule. "Same day" means within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled at no charge.
This policy is set in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א-1981), and any statutory rights you hold under that law remain in effect alongside it.

7. Communication Between Sessions

If your package includes messaging access (WhatsApp or otherwise), please note that responses are provided within [1–2 business days] during regular business hours. This channel is for coaching-related questions and check-ins only, and is not appropriate for urgent symptoms or medical emergencies.

8. Accuracy of Information Provided

Guidance provided through this practice is based on the information you share, including your health history, current medications, and any diagnoses. Metabolic Maya is not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or withheld information.

9. Confidentiality and Your Information

Information you share, including intake forms and health history, is kept confidential and is not shared with any third party without your consent, except where required by law. [Add: how long records are kept, and how they can request deletion.]

10. Materials Are for Personal Use

Meal plans, guides, recipes, and any other materials you receive are for your personal use only. They may not be reproduced, shared, or resold.

11. Right to Refuse or End Services

Metabolic Maya reserves the right to decline service to a prospective client, or to end an existing client relationship, where the client's needs fall outside the scope of this practice (for example, where clinical or specialized care is required), or where the working relationship is not safe or productive for either party.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metabolic Maya and Maya Kremer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Israeli law.

14. Product/Service Liability

Metabolic Maya and/or anyone acting on its behalf will not be held responsible for any direct and/or indirect damage resulting from use of the consulting services provided through this site. The information and recommendations provided as part of the service are based on Maya Kremer's training and experience as a Certified Natural Health Consultant, and do not constitute medical opinion, diagnosis, clinical nutritional counseling, or treatment of any kind. This service is not a substitute for medical advice, and clients should consult their treating physician before making any changes based on information provided during consultations. Responsibility for the use of information provided rests solely with the client, and the company does not guarantee any specific health outcome.

15. Privacy

Metabolic Maya keeps confidential the personal details and health information provided by clients as part of the service, including intake forms, medical history, and contact details. This information is used solely for the purpose of providing the service, scheduling appointments, and managing the client relationship, and will not be transferred to any third party without explicit consent, except where required by law. The site takes reasonable precautions to safeguard the confidentiality of information collected.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
